The FI Test

Recruiting and hiring is a delicate and demanding process, and we take it very seriously. We receive thousands of applications weekly, so to help us objectively evaluate if you are the person we are looking for, we ask that you keep your portfolio neatly organized so we can immediately see your potential and in addition, we sometimes issue specific tests. In most cases, we only issue tests to those we feel will be able to deliver what we are looking for.

The links below contain some of our old tests for your viewing and reference. They will give you an idea of what the tests are like, but keep in mind these are outdated and are not the tests we currently use. Shortly, we will post examples of successful tests that have led to hires to help guide you to a passing test.
